Meet Our Team
In 1979, John began his career in operations by running a commissary for a local restaurant company. Prior to 1989, he managed restaurants. That year, he transitioned to the dealer or fabrication section, where he remained until 1997. He has also been in the manufacturer’s representative business since 1997 and is a principal with ESI.

Eric Bartunek, Corporate Chef
Eric has been in the Hospitality Industry for his entire career and has a unique understanding of the back of the house from his years as a professional chef. His past experience includes working for a Food Brokerage company and through this direct sales model he mastered the skills necessary to qualify, identify, and manage key customers, prospects, and referral partners in a given marketplace. Eric’s position as a National Account Manager enabled him to participate in the process of how chains source and procure. As the East Coast and Caribbean Regional Sales Director for an international manufacturer of Induction Equipment, Eric worked with Key Hotel Management companies and National Chains to identify their pressing challenges and provide comprehensive solutions.
